day 6: sometimes you have to get to the bottom before you can start the climb back up. sometimes you need to feel that hard stone beneath your feet, feel the tere firma & know that you have to start moving in the other direction. seeds need to hit the ground before they can root & grow.
banana seed need to pass through something before they can sprout. they need to literally go through a lot of shit before they can grow. it is a twisted metaphor, but it works sometimes. have faith.
