another day, another 9 pieces of armor cleaned. to say i�ve been busy at work today would be an understatement. spent the day cleaning things designed to kill people or to keep people from being killed. such a peaceful place to work.
night of painting ahead. prepped a large canvas & have no idea what i want to do with it. thinking i may just reach blindly into the paints case & see what colors i grab. looking forward to relaxing after spending all day on my feet. getting too old for that.
speaking of getting older� my wife�s birthday is tomorrow & my son�s birthday is on thursday. add this to thanksgiving, hanukkah, christmas, winter solstice, new years, & my birthday, & you have a full & crazy month. i�ll be glad when all this �season of cheer� is done with & we can get back to normal.
on the plus side of life, my new dryer arrived today. no more running the wet cloths to the laundromat. should make life a bit easer. we could all use that.
still getting over the weekend. lots of good stuff from the weekend, but a good dose of crap to go with it. most of the BS in my life comes from people (myself included) taking things way too seriously. the world just needs to relax a bit & enjoy. i just want a week where things don�t sneak up & bite me in the ass. just one week without someone�s drama or personal crap ending up on my plate. of course, i would probably get board half way through the week, but that may not be such a bad thing.
