was up at 5:30 this morning so i could baby sit for a friend who was in a jam. glad i could help out but i should not be seeing that time of the morning unless i�m on my way to bed. thank God work has been slow today.

another quiet night tonight.
looking forward to falling asleep in front of the TV. last night the Gods of bad programming blessed me with �High Speed Police Chases�. good guys, bad guys, a stolen tank & a stolen 7UP truck. gotta love it. it was followed by a program on modern sideshows. yeah, i know, it�s crap television. so what? there are times i don�t want to think. that is what cable TV is for.
