friday is here at last & soon i will be free from work for 11 days. on the downside, 9 of those days will be in florida. at least it will be warmer than it is here. God, i could stand 9 days of sleep at this point. that ain�t gonna happen� make the best of what i�ve got & see what comes of it.

looks like bowling is the plan for tonight. its been years since i went bowling. hoping that it will be silly enough to break the bad mood i�ve been in the past week or so. (then again, just about any excuse to spent some time with a close friend is good.)

did more painting last night. nothing major, but stuff that i can work with. feeling like i�m back in stride with it. working in a lot of darker colors right now. lots of muted shades & earthy tones. and violet� lots of dark violet. don�t know why & i�m not about to ask. i�ll take whatever the muse gives me right now.

don�t know when i�ll get a chance to update next. hoping to update on monday night or tuesday. we�ll see how crazy things are. watch this space for�Javabill� Live From Florida!! � or something silly from the road. i�ll post as often as i can between now & December 4th (when i get back).
until then� have a good turkey day, don�t eat too much, & try not to do in your family (tho� it would cut down on your x-mass shopping list). be nice to each other.
