glad the holidays are over. they went well but left me feeling very drained. woke up on new year�s day with a roaring hangover & that came as a big surprise considering i don�t drink. new year�s eve started poorly but ended well. went to the reading in providence last night & had a good time. was nice to get back down there. corrina did a kick-ass job in the slam & made the finals (yea!). her poetry just rocks my world. one of the things i�m going to try to do this year is get out to more readings & this was a good start. got some gift certificates for the holidays, so i�m going to do some shop therapy after work. get some movies & art supplies & curl up at home. on baby duty tonight & kinda looking forward to chilling out at home. been a busy few weeks & i�m starting to feel it in my bones. have to work tomorrow morning for our founder�s day.
oh, that reminds me� Higgins Armory admission is free tomorrow!!
lots of programs during the day (including an open conservation lab with me from 10 to 1. come say hi) it is also the last weekend of the Sir Andrew photo exhibit, so saturday is the day to come & visit. runs 10 to 4. hope you all have a good weekend.
