friday & i�m glad the week is over.
not like i have any plans for the weekend other than baby duty & painting, but still�
looks like i won�t be getting out until sunday night. things are crazy around the house right now & between projects & work there is no time to just get out & relax. looks like tuesday is my next down night. (yeah, i�m at the reading on sunday, but i�m hosting & despite how it looks, it is work) at least i�ll get some work done around the house.
not feeling great today. fighting a headache & just damn tired. i could use a good day or two of sleep & hot showers. shake the cold out of my bones. but i could always use a good day or two of sleep. guess i�ll just have to get by with hot coffee, trash TV & painting.
i sound like i�m bitching, but i�m really not. i like getting out, but i also like relaxing at home. there is something very calming about relaxing in the living room with a cup of coffee & my paints. there are a lot of times when i�ll pass on getting out & just kick back at home. for years i spent almost every night out somewhere doing something. now it is my time to sit back a bit & just recharge. take a little time to care for the soul as it were.
