Mister Rodgers has died.
yes, it does make me sad.

like most people my age, i grew up watching him. for all his corniness, i liked the show. in a world of high tech, quick-edit, flashy graphics & trendy music in kids shows he still stood out for all the right reasons. simple messages, quiet tone, someone kids could listen to & who believed in them as much as they believed in him. sometimes it is the simplest things that leave the biggest impact. he will be missed.

on a completely different note
i have my own country. check it out here. not a landmark event, but something new to do while the wax is drying on a breastplate. (get your mind out of the gutter)

still dont know what im doing tonight. may just end up going for a drive to reset the mind. see what the night brings. i may just sit at home & finish setting up my new computer. not really feeling an urge to do much of anything tonight except sleep. now that is living on the edge. yeah, right.

i may update later tonight. if not, ill update tomorrow night. full plate at work tomorrow. have to clear out half of the basement so the workers can start building on monday. that should keep me out of trouble for the day.

have a good night.
be well.
