so, i took the what famous leader are you? quiz yesterday. the first time i took it i ended up with Hitler. the second time i took it i ended up with Mother Teresa. i took it again this morning & ended up with Bill Clinton. this leads me to believe that Bill Clinton is the halfway mark between Hitler & Mother Teresa.

do you have a better theory?

went through the pieces i pulled for the book last night to come up with a final selection. i have 17 entries for the book, 9 of them poems.(down from 32 entries) may end up trimming one or two more pieces, but i think it is a good selection. now i need to go through them all again & do some editing. hoping to have it ready to layout by the weekend.

the last few weeks of the year at work are a mish-mash of trying to wrap up as many projects as you can while spending whatever is left in your budget & using up whatever vacation & personal time you still are owed all while still taking care of the day-to-day business.

sometime between now & the end of next week all of these goals will conflict on a grand scale & things around here will get very interesting. holiday stress & edged weapons make a great combination.
