(this may be TMI but...) so, i�m sick. no, not that kinda sick� sick as in �i can�t swallow running a fever headaches & throwing up�. yeah, fun fun fun. was not feeling good on wednesday night so i went to bed early thinking �i�ll get some rest & feel better in the morning.� yeah, right. by thursday morning i could not get out of bed. slept all of yesterday except for the hour when i had dinner & the hour i put my son to bed & threw up everything except my sox. want to have fun? try giving a bath to a four-year-old when you are having dry heaves. it is a laugh a minute. feeling a bit better today but i still am having trouble swallowing. the weird part is that only one of my tonsils is sore. can�t figure that out. spending today trying to get the �sick person� smell out of the house. washing the blankets, windows open, lots of incense. let�s hope it works. i am supposed to be reading at the celebration of worcester poets tomorrow. this could be exciting. see how i feel in the morning but i may end up blowing it off if i�m not better. but you should go. 10am to 5pm at the worcester art museum & it is free. i may see you there. i�m going to climb back into bed now. be well. Tonight at the Java Hut starting at 9:30pm, tomorrow at the celebration of worcester poets (around 3pm) & tomorrow night at WAG starting at 8pm. go out, catch one of the shows (or catch all of them) have a good time. squeak! |
